Cambria

Cambria is on the coast between San Francisco and LA, about 245 miles from each city. It is a few miles south of the famous Hearst Castle. It is part of the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary. It is known as a resort destination, vacation homes, art galleries and outdoor sports, especially bicycling. It has a gentle pace of life which is nature oriented with the ocean, the pine woods and wildlife.

The population in Cambria is about 6400 and the crime rate is low. Zero growth, as there are no water meters available to build new homes. The "commute" from one end of town to another is about ten minutes, depending upon whether or not you catch a red light at one of the few signals. ALL of the neighborhoods are good!The nearest cities are Monterey and Carmel to the north, Paso Robles to the east, Cayucos and Morro Bay to the south. The weather is usually cool and clear with sunny skies. Cambria has great air quality!
