Jan's real estate related experience began professionally and full-time in 1972 in the construction industry, as an administrator.

• Coordinated construction projects from permits to finish carpentry

For six years (1979 to 1985), I worked in the title insurance industry. I also worked for an escrow company and as a lender.  In 1992 I got my real estate sales license and began negotiating, marketing, selling and closing escrows.  Sales experience includes:
